I'm starting a new chapter in my life. After quitting my cushy finance job and jetting to sunny California for a two month hiatus, I am back in the Big Apple and ready to conquer the culinary world. Next Thursday, I begin the Culinary Arts program at the French Culinary Institute. I am beyond excited and can't wait to wreak havoc in the beautiful stainless steel kitchens. In the meantime, I am exploring my own kitchen and palate (currently snacking on addicting Trader Joe's Honey O's.) Please bear with me as I learn the ropes of food blogging.
