It's Never Too Early for a Sabbatical

Hello, old friend. It's been awhile! I am quite ashamed to have neglected my blog this long. In the past couple months, I started a new job that has me working outside the kitchen full time. It's been a transition working in an office setting again although this job is not traditional by any means. I'm working at a food startup, a job that bridges my love for food with my interests in business and technology. As with most startups, I work A LOT. This leaves little time to cook. I do however manage to eat and drink to my heart's content in my spare time. I consider this a sabbatical to refresh my passion for cooking. I still very much love to cook, share recipes and feed people.
