First Post from the Other Coast
Greetings from California. I've been home a couple days and have to admit I've been feeling the loss of leaving New York. However, I woke up this morning to a quiet empty house and started to realize how wonderful it is to be home. I've made myself breakfast, Vietnamese coffee and now having a lovely lunch. Nothing more lovely than toasted baguette, tofu, sliced Vietnamese bologna (sounds weird but a tastes like delicious meat product), cucumbers, cilantro, scallions, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Nom nom nom.
It's also too hot and sunny to go for a run outside now. Must wait for it to cool down a bit...perhaps with a trip to Target! Oh California, you charmer.
