Village Voice Tasting

I just went to the Village Voice Choice Eats 2010 tonight and I am stuffed to the gills. This is the second year I've been to this tasting event and I enjoyed it just as much if not more this year. There were a few dozen food vendors and also wine, beer and alcohol vendors set up at the Lexington Armory. Seriously a foodie's nirvana. There is something about walking into a gigantic buffet of things I've never eaten before that gets me so giddy.

Pushing and shoving my way from table to table was frustrating but definitely worth it. I devised a more strategic plan this year and only finished the samples I enjoyed rather than just eating everything I had. It's quite hard to throw away food, even semi-good food. I managed to snap some shots of food, but it was hard to juggle plates of food and my camera. There are more than a few greasy fingerprints on my camera.















Yup, I ate all that! And more!
