Thanksgiving Lunch

I finally woke up from my food coma to start blogging about my eating adventures from the last few days. We decided to do a Thanksgiving themed staff meal at work on Wednesday (as if we all weren't going to get enough turkey over the next few days.) I was really excited about the meal because I knew it would be fantastic. How could it not? When you put great cooks together with all the facilities and ingredients our hearts desired, nothing could be bad. And you know what, I was absolutely right. It was a great meal.

Our feast included: turkey breast, collard greens, mac and cheese, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, pumpkin cheesecake, sticky toffee pudding and apple tart

one of my contributions: cranberry pear sauce was quite a hit
I don't think there has been a thanksgiving that I haven't made pumpkin cheesecake. This was made with a homemade graham cracker crust. I also changed it up with ginger, cinnamon whipped cream instead of  plain cool whip. Yummy.

I want more Thanksgiving food!
