Beecher's Cheese

I checked out Seattle based cheese shop, Beecher's Cheese today. It was every bit as awesome as I thought it would be. The two story space in the Flatiron area consists of a restaurant, cafe and cheese shop. It's bright and cheery and reminds me of the west coast.

The sales people were very friendly and informative about the products. I tried a bunch of cheeses before selecting a couple and a jar of Bee Raw Thistle Honey. At $15 a pop, it's a bit pricey, but it really is one of the best honeys I've tasted in awhile. Goes amazingly with cheese. The mac and cheese was good but not the "world's best" as they claim.

Seattle, you didn't disappoint. I can't wait to come back and sample more products.
