I love discovering local artisan food entrepreneurs. It's so inspiring to meet people who really love food and want to put products out there that are made well. Usually they're quite talented also! I met the owner of Li'l Puffs a couple weeks ago and just fell in love with the darling name of her company and also the cute little marshmallows she creates. Li'l Puffs offer multiple flavors including many different fruits, vanilla and chocolate. I'm pretty sure they all taste great, no matter the flavor. Eat them plain, make some rice crispy treats or dunk them in hot chocolate....which ever way you decide to consume, do it now! Every batch is hand made, hand poured and hand cut. It's amazing. I personally can't wait to try lychee marshmallows!
